Wyoming County International Speedway

WCIS, “The Bullring” is a 1/3rd mile oval in the Wyoming County hills in Perry, NY. The speedway was built in 1960 as a dirt track called Perry Speedway. Perry was paved in 1968 and the concrete retaining wall was constructed. In 1985, the asphalt was covered with a layer of dirt for a time period of 13 years.

In 1998, the Majchrzak family purchased the facility and took the dirt off and the original asphalt brought some tight competition. Racing has been taking place at the Bullring on Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout the track’s history.
