Get your kids ready for the annual TOUGHKids Triathlon! Join us on Saturday, September 14th, 2024 as we host this exciting event in the stunning Lake Welch at Harriman State Park in Stony Point, NY, as part of the huge TOUGHMAN Triathlon weekend festival.
Age Group and Race Distances
4 – 6 years old:
Swim 20 yards, Bike 1 mile (1 loop), Run 100 yards
1 helper allowed
7 – 8 years old and 9 – 10 years old:
Swim 100 yards, Bike 2 miles (2 loops), Run 0.5 miles
11- 14 years old and TOUGHTeen:
Swim 200 yards, Bike 4 miles (4 loops), Run 1 mile
Age Requirements
You must be at least 4 years old and under 15 years old to participate in this race. Children’s ages will be determined based on their age on race day December 31, 2024 so they may be in an older age group than the age they are on race day.
Awards
Awards will be presented to the Top 3 Overall Boys AND Girls in each age group: 4-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14 , and TOUGHTeen
