Summer Concert - Sangha Tierra: Changing The World With World Music!

Enjoy the concerts at Waterfront Park on the Hudson River in Dobbs Ferry, NY. Begun in 2000, Jazz Forum Arts’ longest running series features an eclectic array of artists and groups.

Sangha Tierra is an 11-piece band mixing world and Latin musical influences to perform socially and spiritually conscious material. "Sangha" in Sanskrit means a spiritually-connected community and "Tierra" in Spanish means earth. Their goal is to create a world community, spiritually connected through music which they perform in several languages.

Appreciative audiences gather early for our Early Childhood Educational Jitterbugs events and to picnic and enjoy this magnificent setting and the top-flight groups performing at the water’s edge while the sun sets over the Palisades.
