John Ziegler is a comedian from Long Island. In 2016 he won the "Funniest Comic on the East Coast" contest at Mohegan Sun. John has traveled the country headlining clubs as well as opening for such legendary comics as Sebastian Maniscalco, Bobby Collins, Robert Klein, and Gilbert Gottfried. He also ran the New Talent Open Mic Showcase at The Brokerage Comedy Club for over 6 years.
In 2021 John was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer. After several surgeries and 6 months of intensive chemotherapy he is now cancer free. In 2022 John released his 1st comedy special "Getting My Affairs in Order." In June of 2023 he was the key note speaker for Northwell Health's cancer survivors day where he spoke to 1,500 cancer survivors. He currently tours doing standup comedy as well as speaking engagements to help those struggling with cancer through humor.
