Spark Theatre Festival - Peek a Boo

Object permanence is defined by child psychologists as knowing an object or person still exists even when they are hidden and you can’t see or hear them. We grow up to innately understand this concept in our environment. I'm drawn to this as I feel hidden memories and emotions stored in my fascia coming out during my strongest cries or my calmest moments. This is the embodied peek a boo game we play with ourselves.
