floydwarriors.com. is a non-profit organization that serves the Capital Region with the mission is to provide real help in the home for individuals coping with cancer treatments. 'Dinner is Done, Dishes are Clean and the Kids are OK!' is the mission so families enduring chemotherapy and radiation may have support with meals, cleaning, and childcare.
‘Pink Bows on Broadway’ is floydwarriors.com's main annual fundraiser. This campaign allows individuals ($50) and businesses ($250) the ability to sponsor beautiful pink satin bows in honor of loved ones who have battled cancer or a Hero they would like to recognize that has fought on the front lines of cancer. Those honored by bows may include (not limited to) cancer survivors/warriors lost, doctors, nurses, and caregivers and special family members deserving of recognition.One MAIN EVENT SPONSORSHIP for $1,500 is available , as well. The Main Event Sponsor will be prominently displayed on the reverse of each tribute card.
All Pink Bows will be posted on Broadway in Saratoga Springs, NY beginning October 1st and will remain up the entire month of October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. VOLUNTEERS WELCOME at the steps of City Hall @ 9am on Oct. 1st to post bows.
