Come as You Are, This Is Our Battle Too is an exhibition focused on healing and transformation. After an unexpected health diagnosis in fall 2023, the artist embarked on a journey reflecting on her community's support. Isaac’s landscapes capture her emotional struggles with grief and sadness while seeking hope. Illuminated by light and celestial beings, her paintings honor her ancestors and invite viewers to reflect on their own battles.
