Mohonk Tulip Festival

Experience the beauty of spring on the mountaintop as our Victorian Show Garden comes to life with a breathtaking splendor of 20,000 tulips and the wonder of our budding natural landscape. In celebration, we welcome a variety of floral teas and cookies daily, alongside crafts, garden tours, campfires, music, cocktail demonstrations, and more.

Join a member of our Greenhouse Staff for a morning stroll around this season's show garden of 20,000 Tulips. Learn about the techniques and planning required completing this complicated endeavor.

Tulip Origami

Join our activities staff and learn to make your own bouquet of beautiful paper flowers. Recommended ages 7 and up.

Evening Lecture: Rock Climbing with Marty Molitoris

There's more to climbing than just going up! Marty Molitoris, Founder and Director of Alpine Endeavors and Multi-Certified Climbing Guide, will give an introduction to this physically and mentally demanding sport. Often testing the climber's strength, endurance, agility and balance, rock climbing can also take climbers to some of the most beautiful places on earth.
