Memorial Day Weekend - Jemez Red Rocks Arts and Crafts Show
Join Us this Memorial Day Weekend for the 31st Annual Jemez Red Rocks Arts and Crafts Show. "We are proud to once again have an exciting weekend to showcase Native American Artwork. We will also honor and celebrate Veterans that have passed on.” says Jemez Arts and Crafts Association (JACA) President, Marlon Magdalena. Native American artists from many different nations will display their amazing art to the visiting public, which will be available for purchase during this 3-day event. The Black Eagle Pow-Wow will also be held on the first day of the Show. There will also be Authentic Native foods sold at nearby roadside booths. Local dance groups and performers will entertain us while we enjoy the beautiful art, people, and scenery.
The Jemez Arts and Crafts Association (in collaboration with the Walatowa Visitor Center) aims to help local Jemez artists, as well as artists from other Indigenous communities. We want to provide venues and events like the annual Jemez Red Rocks Arts and Crafts Show to sell their artwork so they can provide for themselves and their families.
