Krishna Das Benefit Concert for Tibetan Home of Hope

Join Krishna Das and friends for an evening of sacred kirtan music to benefit the Tibetan Home of Hope. The event is co-hosted by the Kirtan Wallah Foundation. Krishna Das is an American vocalist known for his performances of kirtan, a Hindu devotional music.

The Tibetan Home of Hope is a nonsectarian home and school for children who would otherwise be homeless. We started with 34 children in 2006.

Each year since then 20 children have been added to our growing family and right now there are currently 140 children that included 16 college students receiving food, shelter, love, and education.

So far, 60 students have graduated from the Tibetan Home of Hope with a traditional artisan degree and now serve in the local community.

There are hundreds more still on our waiting list. We are meeting their basic needs and giving them a good education rooted in Tibetan culture. They are an integral part of our Tibetan Home of Hope family.
