The Hudson Valley Wine and Food Festival features hundreds of wines from New York Wineries, more than 100 gourmet specialty foods, lifestyle vendors, and food sampling from some of the region’s best restaurants plus live entertainment.
Visitors can learn about wine and food from our many cooking demonstrations and Food & Wine seminars throughout the weekend and enjoy the rare opportunity to meet and speak to the wine makers from some of New York’s best wineries.

Chef Marcus Guiliano
Chef Marcus Guiliano is a renowned figure in the culinary world, celebrated as an award-winning chef-restaurateur, esteemed business consultant, prolific multi-book business author, and a captivating professional speaker. His passion for food, unwavering commitment to sustainability, and dedication to promoting real, ethically sourced ingredients have earned him the prestigious title of “America’s Top Food Activist” by One Green Planet.
In 2003, Marcus, alongside his devoted wife, embarked on an extraordinary venture by founding what is today’s Most Awarded Restaurant in the Hudson Valley, Aroma Thyme Bistro.
Chef Ric Orlando
Chef Ric Orlando is a legend in the Hudson Valley of New York. He is a Bobby Flay beater and two-time Chopped winner. Former chef/owner of Woodstock’s famous New World Home Cooking, Chef Ric is currently keeping busy with cooking classes, pop-up events and exploring the culinary world by traveling.
Voted the 2021 Best Hudson Valley Chef by Chronogram Magazine, he’s recently created a line of seasonings and sauces, Ric Orlando’s Best.
Chef Vincent Tropepe
Chef Vincent Tropepe is a Brooklyn, New York native. His deep Italian roots as well as the influence of his grandmothers have inspired him to become a chef. Vincent Tropepe has worked in every avenue of the food business. He has also had his work featured in numerous newspapers, magazines, online magazines, and blogs.
Vincent is also a published cookbook author with his first release titled: “From Behind the Kitchen Doors”. His other works include “SLAUGHTERED: How Inconsistent Lockdowns Collapsed the Hospitality Industry During COVID-19” and “Roasted, Chopped, & Beaten: When Cities Declare War on the Restaurants That Feed Them.”
Chef Natacha Gomez Dupuy
Chef Natacha Gomez Dupuy is a multi-talented force in Caribbean cuisine. Her award-winning cookbook, “Bak Fritay,” and bilingual coloring book, “Colorful Caribbean,” showcase her dedication to culinary expertise and cultural celebration. As a travel chef and food activist, she champions sustainable practices and brings Caribbean flavors to life through immersive experiences.
Her knowledge extends beyond the kitchen, encompassing expert wine pairings and a passion for culinary education. Co-owning “Classy Pairings by Natacha Gomez,” she translates her vision into unforgettable events. Her repertoire spans the spectrum, from traditional Native American dishes to the innovative creations of New Caribbean Gastronomy. A true global ambassador, Chef Natacha Gomez Dupuy inspires and empowers people worldwide to explore the beauty and bounty of Caribbean cuisine.
Debbie Gioquindo
Debbie Gioquindo, a wine connoisseur, entrepreneur, and Poughkeepsie, New York native, whose zest for life will leave you both informed and entertained! This former radio marketing and community relations pro is now affectionately known as the Hudson Valley Wine Goddess, and her passion for all things wine is nothing short of contagious.
From owning a successful travel agency for two decades to her leadership roles with the Shawangunk Wine Trail and Executive Director for Hudson Valley Wine Country, Debbie’s diverse background perfectly marries her love for wine and travel. A true renaissance woman, Debbie is a Certified Travel Counselor, Certified Specialist in Wine, Wine Location Specialist in Port & Champagne and a Certified Sherry Wine Specialist.
The Catskills Cocktail Club
Founded By Brendan F. Casey, a food and beverage industry professional with over 20 years of experience throughout Brooklyn and New York City and has commanded all positions within the restaurant and bar world. With extensive training in beer, wine, and spirits, Brendan’s recipes and wisdom have been recognized in many industry publications, from Gaz Regan’s Annual Manual For Bartenders 2011 for his original cocktail “Another Fine Mes”, to Men’s Fitness magazine’s article “Tips From Your Bartender”, which featured multiple recipes and “how to” cocktail making tutorials.
Brendan has continued to educate and lead in the beverage industry as a consultant, collaborating with local restaurants and hotels, cocktail program creation for new and existing businesses, and conducting staff training sessions on the art of mixology and hospitality.
VIP Exclusive: Bambi Ray
Bambi Ray currently works at New York Vintners in Tribeca and as an educator at Murray’s Cheese in the West Village. She’s a former Sales Manager at New York City’s Astor Wines & Spirits and a voluptuary in her spare time. She holds an M. A. from Tulane University in History, certificates from the Court of Master Sommeliers, the Saké School of America, and the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. She is also an active member in Les Dames d’Escoffier and the Slow Food organization. With hospitality, wine and spirits experience in both New Orleans and New York, Bambi believes that working in wine retail offers the most exciting pairing challenges since the menu changes with every customer conversation. Every glass holds a story and she wants to share it with you.
