Hardenburgh Christmas Tree Farm

Closed for the 2020 Season

We started the farm with a few seedlings in 1985. I've learned much about growing trees since then and made plenty of mistakes. Safe to say it's harder than it looks. Weather problems, insects, disease can quickly set you back years. It takes successful navigation of the many variables and a great deal of work to produce marketable trees.

We're located near Rifton, rural Town of Esopus, close to Kingston, Port Ewen, New Paltz and Poughkeepsie. About eight miles from Kingston or New Paltz.. Fifteen miles from the Mid-Hudson Bridge. The farm is 30+ total acres. About five acres in Christmas trees.
