Welcome to The Great Pumpkin Farm!

This Fall Festival is our way of celebrating the harvest of blessings we enjoy in our community and our nation. It has grown to be, by far, the largest family event in the region. We believe that’s because it’s based on the root values we share in the cultures that make up this remarkable community.

We come together to share in the bounty of our land and enjoy the wonderful fall season our region is blessed with. The Great Pumpkin Farm Fall Festival is about wholesome fun and food. About decorating our homes for the season. As each pumpkin leaves here we know it will be the center of a family carving and decorating event. The laughter of the children and their parents warms our hearts and makes the gargantuan effort our family and our associates put into this event so worthwhile.

Pumpkin Palace
Everyone loves the smell of freshly baked pies, and it fills the air at The Pumpkin Palace Bakery. Stop by for a slice, take a pie home, or stock your freezer with holiday desserts!

Contests

Photo Contest
$500 in cash prizes!  Submit a photos taken at The Great Pumpkin Farm from 1996 to present and your photo could be a big winner!

Children's Pie Eating Contest
Children’s Pie Eating – Giggles are aplenty as children (under 12) compete to see who can eat a slice of pie the fastest – with no hands of course!  Prizes awarded to all winners!

Adult Pie Eating Contest
Adult Pie Eating – witness a hearty feast as adults race with pie in their face to see who will eat the most pies – with no hands – in 5 minutes.  Prizes awarded to all winners!

Pumpkin Decorating Contests
A family – team event, decorating pumpkins natural-style with gourds, corn kernels and husks.  Prizes awarded to all winners!  1 pumpkin per family

Mummy Wrapping Contests
Rolls of toilet paper and tape have never been so much fun!  There’ll be a whole lot of wrapping goin’ on as families create a team mummy.  Prizes go the winning teams!

Scarecrow Making Contests
Create an award winning, crow frightening scarecrow!  All supplies are provided and a prize is awarded for the most creative scarecrow!

World Pumpkin Weigh Off
The eyes of the world will be on Clarence Saturday, October 5th as growers worldwide await news on the Great Pumpkin Farms Annual World Pumpkin Weigh-Off.

Costume Contests
Kids and adults - come in costume on our final weekend and join in on the contest to win Pumpkin Man Bucks!

Pumpkin Olympics
Everyone can join in the fun as a team or individual when you play these pumpkin related Olympic Games!

Pumpkin Drop
Watch a 1000lb pumpkin drop from 100 feet in the air and smash on the ground!

Food Grove
Festival Food is always the best!  There is something to delight everyone’s taste buds.

Witches Brew Bar & Café
Stop in for your favorite potion!  We have craft and domestic beer as well as specialty halloween drinks!  Two locations – in the Pumpkin Palace and across from the food grove.

Bakery & Candy Store
Take home a pumpkin or apple pie or try some of our cookies and pasties – baked fresh daily!  Stop in for some hot or coldapple cider – a great fall treat!

Zombie paint ball Train
Take a ride on our new Zombie grain train shooting at targets and Zombies in the woods.

Amusement Rides
Amusement rides for kids & Adults.  Fun for the whole family!

Cow Train
Kids and adults can take a ride our Cow Train!

Tractor Drawn Hayrides
Take a hayride through our 30 acres of woods.
