Curated by 4th generation Smiley family member Maria Guralnik, the Summer Festival of the Arts, provides an opportunity for guests to experience a wide range of outstanding artists and entertainers.

Whether you prefer family entertainment, dance, theater, Broadway, folk, jazz, roots, or classical, the Festival of the Arts offers a dash of creative inspiration to cap off your summer evening at Mohonk.

3pm: Julie Kurtzman & Robert Koenig
Violinist Juliet Kurtzman and pianist Robert Koenig showcase a variety of composers spanning 300 years. From Bach to De Falla, the duo will explore the evolution of classical music with Mohonk's Victorian parlor providing the perfect musical salon setting.

9pm: Big Blue Big Band
The Big Blue Big Band has been exciting crowds for the past two decades with music that gets you on your feet! Don't miss your chance to witness the amazing musicianship, chemistry and finesse of this professional 17-piece band. Directed by saxophonist Jason Clinton, they will perform popular dance music from the 1920's through the 60's. Step up on the dance floor and cut a rug or sit back and enjoy the sweet sounds of Big Blue!
