We hand shear to bring out the unique form and character of the individual tree. A majority of our trees are sheared to give a more natural and open branching architecture; we strive for a good balance between a natural looking tree and classic pyramidal shape. The slightly open form has become more popular among consumers in high end markets in recent years primarily because of the natural look but also because it allows for ornaments to be hung and displayed throughout the tree.
