Open to individuals and relay teams of 2 or 3.  AquaBike option offered.  Paratriathletes welcome!

Join us for this grass-roots, athlete centered event.  Don't miss your chance to call yourself a CassadagaMan!

SWIM COURSE

Begin your morning with a gorgeous 1.2 mile swim around the perimeter of the Lower Lake of the Cassadaga Lakes.

Both the Long distance and Intermediate participants will complete the same, one loop course of the lake.

NO cut-off time!

Counter-clockwise course.

Sandy bottom entrance and exit.

In-water wave starts for men, women and relay teams.

Wetsuit legal but not required.

We do allow personal swim buoys for your own comfort.  We ask that you would begin at the back of the back so as to not interfere with other racers.

BIKE COURSE

This course is as beautiful as it is challenging. It will take you on an epic, hilly, beautiful ride that will give you up-hills, down-hills, rolling fun, fast curves with views of Lake Erie from the top of the Chautauqua Ridge and aromas of the plentiful concord grape vineyards that you will go whizzing by.  The course is a 28-mile loop that the Long distance athletes will complete twice.

NO cut-off times!

Two aid stations on course; mile 14/42 and mile 28 stocked with Hammer Nutrition products, plenty of water and other treats with port-a-johns at both.

Opportunities for your spectators to see you go by as you head out to your second loop for the Long distance participants.  Special Needs Bag can be dropped off at check-in on race morning.

 SAG vehicle and bike support.

RUN COURSE - Intermediate distance

6 mile out-and-back course with aid stations at every mile.  A lovely run along the three lakes of Cassadaga with one beautiful shaded downhill that of course you have to go back up.

RUN COURSE - Long distance

13.1 miles on quiet, shaded, country roads, that are crazy-*** hilly!  ;) We are not joking. But you will love it!

There are two out-and-backs on the course with a total of nine fully stocked aid stations and three with port-a-johns.
