Family Concert & Music Maker Faire: Kids Take the Stage
Kids take center stage this year as we welcome local middle and high school music students from Truckee, Reno & Incline Village to perform in the Family concert along with small Classical Tahoe ensembles. In our instrument exploration zone, middle and high school music students will show younger children how the instruments work, sound, and feel.
The Nevada Discovery Museum will be on hand to create hands-on music and science stations for children to draw, paint, and make their own percussion and string instruments.
11 AM – 12 PM Family Concert
12 PM – 2 PM Music Maker’s Faire
Tickets: Adults $10 and Students $5 to support the Festival’s educational programs. Student discount available for all Pavilion concerts (50% off ).
Classical Tahoe’s Family Concert & Music Maker’s Faire is generously sponsored by The Spirit Burns Fund in the Parasol Tahoe Community Foundation.
