12:00PM - 1:30PM: Pinot Noir, Salmon & Oyster Walk-Around Tasting - TSV Snakedance Deck at Chair One

Salmon and oysters from Chefs Shane Alexander of Snakedance and Joseph Wrede of Joseph’s Culinary Pub with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sparkling from 6 of our winery participants – Beaux Freres, Belle Pente, Brick House, Sequitur, Sotor, Flowers and Robert Sinskey.

3:30pm - 4:30pm: Wine Seminar - El Monte Sagrado Resort

Lily Mirabelle Freedman, the GM at Dunn Vineyards, is excited to come to Taos Ski Valley for the first time and will pour a rare vertical of Dunn Howell Mt. Cabernet Sauvignon – vintages 2019, 2018, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2011, 1998 and 1995. A unique opportunity to taste this reference point Napa Cabernet Sauvignon from three decades.
