Big Tesuque Campground off of Hyde Park Road
The annual Santa Fe Snowshoe Classic is back! Register at runsignup.com to receive great swag, win cool prizes, and have a great reason to get outside this winter! The in-person registration fee is $35 (increasing to $40 on January 1), and the virtual registration fee is $40. Proceeds will benefit Santa Fe Search and Rescue. In addition to volunteering at past Snowshoe Classics, Santa Fe Search and Rescue provides trained teams to participate in wilderness searches for people who are missing, injured, or lost.
Gather at the Big Tesuque Campground off of Hyde Park Road on January 25, 2025. The race will start at 9 a.m. Please carpool and arrive early; parking is limited. The course is a 6-kilometer lollipop shape consisting of the Big Tesuque Trail (Tr. 152), the Winsor Trail (Tr. 254), and Pacheco Canyon Road (US Forest Rd.102). Assuming snow conditions are good, participants must wear snowshoes. All participants will receive a hip pack, age-group awards, and raffle prizes.
