Memorial Day Ceremony at Vietnam Veterans Memorial

For over 50 years, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial “Memorial Day Ceremony” has been and continues to be an emotional yet healing time for veterans and their families as we honor those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice by dying in our nations service. This year’s activities include:  44th Army Band Ensemble performance; Keynote Speaker Denham Clements, Former United States Marine Corps Captain, Vietnam Veteran, and artist of the world renowned painting located in the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Museum “Vietnam-Elegy”; VVA Northern NM Chapter 996 Color Guard; 21 Gun Salute by the Tsidi Toii Veterans. Plus, a UH-60 Blackhawk Static Display Helicopter.
