It's officially summertime! The sun is beaming, the kids are out from school, and Nutley is prepared to host a series of exciting summer events. Mayor John V. Kelly III recently announced plans for the township's annual 4th of July celebration. A generational town favorite, the festivities (located on Franklin Avenue between Chestnut Street and New Street in front of the Oval). Food and entertainment will be available all night, ensuring a lively evening for all attendees. Fireworks are scheduled to start at dusk.

"Nutley is the destination to celebrate our nation's birthday," says Mayor Kelly. "We are looking forward to continuing the Nutley tradition of celebrating our nation's birth with family-friendly entertainment, great food and of course, the best fireworks show in the state!"
