Miles For Minds 5K

Miles for Minds 5K is a family friendly event that is fun for all ages. Whether you are looking to participate in your first 5K or you are a seasoned runner, our USATF sanctioned, timed race is appropriate for all skill levels. However, if you are looking for a lighter pace, there is also a one mile Walk & Roll Fun Run around Roosevelt Park's lake prior to the start of the official 5K Race.
