There are many things happening at Wheaton Arts and Cultural Center this holiday season. The annual Holiday Studio Sale in the WheatonArts Event Center begins on Friday, November 29! Admission to the sale is free, open ten full days from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Sunday, December 8. This highly anticipated sale features discounts of 30% to 70% off original prices on a wide selection of handcrafted ceramic and glass items.

Featuring three sections of unique pottery and glass pieces, the sale includes Resident Potter Terry Plasket and the WheatonArts' Associate Potters, Samantha Bartlett, Tessa Carlton, Clint Hunter, Amy Reilly, and Phyllis Seidner. They will be showcasing various styles and sizes of functional clay items, such as mugs, teapots, vases, and holiday decor! The glass section will include an assortment of WheatonArts' seconds and overstocks, along with individual works made by the WheatonArts' Glass Studio Artists, Patty Clune, Jeremy Hayes, Tiffany Leps, Josh Metzger, and Katey Murphy. The third section is the inspiring Studio Glass creations by popular Vermont-based artists Melanie and David Leppla!

There will be trunk shows in the Museum Stores November 29 – December 1, and December 14. Shop pieces from the collections of Chris Coffman, Lorraine Haddock, and Susan Boyce.

Find the perfect glass paperweight, ornament, decorative bowl, and more for all your shopping and gift-giving needs!
