Country Fresh Farms

History:

Since 1961 when Joan and Alex Plushanski opened Country Fresh Dairy and Deli, the farm along Asbury-Anderson Road has been a fixture for buyers who want locally grown and great tasting farm products.

In 1994, daughter Shari Bylicki and husband Matt chose to revive the farm tradition on site with the help of their children, Heather and Taylor. Today, through Country Fresh Farms, the family offers top produce, field crops and florals. To complete the Country Fresh experience, the family has rounded out their farm with steer, goats, and pigs to allow other families, buyers and children to learn the farm  to food to table connection. Along with the produce stand, the farm offers birthday parties, school visits and special events.
