International Institute of NE presents Suitcase Stories
Suitcase Stories programming features foreign- and US-born residents sharing powerful and inspiring stories of refugee and immigrant life. Featured nationally on PBS, the Suitcase Stories series provides a way to dig beneath the headlines, exposing audiences to the complexity of migration. Storytellers are all local to New England, including the greater Manchester area.
Suitcase Stories programming is co-presented by the International Institute of New England (IINE) and Stellar Story Company. Suitcase Stories is a registered trademark of IINE.
For more than 100 years, the International Institute of New England (IINE) has created opportunities for refugees and immigrants to succeed through resettlement, education, career advancement and pathways to citizenship. With locations in Boston and Lowell, Massachusetts and Manchester, New Hampshire, IINE serves more than 15,000 individuals and families annually, including people displaced by political instability, violence and climate crises; survivors of human trafficking; and unaccompanied children joining family members in New England.
