Spaulding Woods 50K

The course is a technical 5.4-mile loop trail filled with rocks, roots, and foot bridges. To finish the full 50K ultramarathon each runner will have ten hours to complete six laps, or approximately thirty-two miles and 4.2K feet of total gain. The course is over 90% singletrack with a small portion of doubletrack. You will have access to a well-stocked aid station and your own drop bag as you complete each lap. This race is ideal if you are attempting your first ultra, or for experienced runners that want a fast time on a technical course. Scroll below for a map of the course.
