Donaghey Tree Farm
History
Manson and Fay Donaghey began selling Christmas trees in 1980. It was a dream they had which they were able to turn into a reality. They worked as a team, the work was more than most people do in their retirement but they loved the beauty of the land.
In addition, their children and grandchildren gathered at the farm each year to plant than later sell the trees. It was a family venture filled with hard work and love. Fay passed away in 1997 and Manson in 2021, but Gary and Sue Seidner, Manson and Fay’s daughter, have taken over running the business with support from the family.
Gary worked side by side with Manson and Fay to learn the business and had taken over much of the daily work. Our parents would be so proud that we continue the tree farm and that we treasure the land. It is in their names that we strive to maintain the quality of our products, especially our trees. Thank you for helping us carry on our family tradition.
