Experience the 3,300 year old system of health, strength, longevity and relaxation. Teenagers to senior citizens may participate in these easy going standing exercises. Increase your flexibility, bone density, balance, and ability in mental focus. These 1 hour sessions occur every Monday and Wednesday mornings at 9 a.m. with the exception of holidays.
