Our Mission
Over The River Theatre Company's mission is to provide and sustain, through community involvement and expression, innovative, high-quality classic and contemporary theatrical productions accessible to Leland, NC, and surrounding communities.
Our Goals
Over the course of 2024, and beyond, our focus will be on building the organization to:
Generate interest and grow our audience
Create open audition processes
Recruit directors and develop selection processes
Recruit stage and house personnel
Develop marketing and ticketing tools
Expand theatrical venues
Formalize 2025 Season
Partner with local businesses
Develop corporate, private and member sponsorships
Raise funding through grants and fundraising events
Recruit Board Members
Form liaisons with existing theatre companies
