Jerome and Jasmine Phillips have been married for six years, when they got married Jerome was an aspiring executive climbing high, as one of wall street’s most successful African-American, his wife Jasmine was his biggest supporter, while dating in college she put her career on hold to support Jerome by becoming everything he couldn’t afford; like secretary, researcher etc. all the efforts she put forth in her now husband paid off in a big way, as Jerome is now a mogul.
As Jerome’s power grew, his extravagant lifestyle grew, he had to have the best of everything, there’s not a line he wouldn’t cross to get what he wanted, including beautiful women, the line between truth, lies and deception, were so abroad that even in-laws were caught in his web of Lies and deceit.
Jasmine was the perfect wife who took care of her husband Jerome and their children portraying as if she would never do any wrong, well that was until secrets and Lies came out of some alarming situations.
Things in their marriage gets more complicated, where lies and deception are intertwined in their personal and professional lives. Things really intensifies when their Nanny that once worked for them turns up dead and detectives investigate Jerome about her killing.
This Musical Stage play takes you on a very fast roller coaster ride of Lies, Lies and more Lies involving their friends, family and allies, when unforgivable moments begin to uncover each other’s secrets and lies that will have you in awe, so buckle up and enjoy the ride.
