Mayberry Days is a festival for the whole family with activities and events for the fans who long for the days when life was simple and the sheriff didn't carry a gun. Enjoy a bottle of pop while playing checkers, relax to music from many local bands playing the same songs that Andy grew up with and performed on The Andy Griffith Show.

2:30 pm: PROFESSOR BROWER'S LECTURE
Neal Brower has acquired a wealth of knowledge about The Andy Griffith Show from his years of correspondence and contact with the writers, directors, cast, and crew. Don't miss this year's fascinating interviews and discussions with answers to insightful questions and clips from the show.

7:00 pm: COLONEL TIM'S TALENT TIME
The variety show like no other with performances and appearances by Special Guests, along with local and national entertainers and the Mayberry tribute artists in an evening of Mayberry fun and entertainment at the Andy Griffith Playhouse. Hosted by Allan "Floyd the Barber" Newsome.
