This Thanksgiving, on November 28, the Goldsboro Family YMCA is excited to host our 19th Annual Turkey Trot, and we want you to be part of this beloved tradition! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking to have fun with your family, there’s something for everyone. This year’s events include: Timed 5K, Untimed 5K, 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk, Virtual 5K, Virtual 10K, and Virtual Fun Run. By participating in the Turkey Trot, you’re not just lacing up for a run you’re supporting our vital Community Impact Programs, which serve families across Wayne County.

Programs such as our Mobile Markets and Diabetes Prevention Program are designed to make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve, promoting healthy living and providing resources to those in need. Help us continue to strengthen our community through programs that align with the Y’s mission of fostering a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.
