Carolina Kite Fest

The 2024 Carolina Kite Fest will be held Oct. 26-27, at the beautiful Ft. Macon State Park.  The Park offers large flying fields, ample parking, rest rooms, and the opportunity to visit the best state park in North Carolina. Bring your kites to fly, and take time to meet other flyers for two days of pure kite fun. WEe expect flying to be best between 10 and 4 both days.  This is a free event sponsored by Kites Unlimited in the Atlantic Station Shopping Center. As with all Kite events, local weather will be taken into account.
