Join us at Ever Andalo this New Year’s Eve for a delicious five-course dinner, prepared by Executive Chef Sam Sheehan and his team. They have dreamed up a show-stopping menu just for the occasion, with options to choose from in each course!

First Course
Tuna Tartare - calabrian aioli, salmon roe, lemon rosemary cracker
Winter Salad - poached pear, orange, gorgonzola, golden raisins, walnut candy, verjus
Second Course
Pesto Burrata - lemon pesto, arugula, grilled bread
Arancini - olive, taleggio, arrabbiata, sausage, parmigiano reggiano, fried basil
Third Course
Crab Tagliatelle - lemon cream, bread crumbs, toasted ricotta salata
Duck Sausage Rigatoni - ground duck, cherries, garlic, shallot, pistachio, lemon zest
Mushroom & Ricotta Agnolotti - snow pea, tarragon, & pecorino purée, fennel fronds
Fourth Course
Porchetta - cranberry, mushroom, cherry, pear, golden raisin mostarda
Duck Breast - sous vide & seared, leek cream, cherry gastrique
Swordfish - grilled asparagus tops, lemon broth, salmon roe
Fifth Course
Seada - fried pastry, pecorino sardo dolce, citrus zest, honey, powdered sugar
