Moriah Hughes Memorial Run
Join us for the 9th Annual Mighty Mo Dash! In coordination with HHS XC's home meet, this year's run will be at the Daly Mansion, sure to deliver some classic Bitterroot fall scenery. This community run honors and celebrates the life of Moriah Hughes (HHS '09, 4 year XC and track athlete) and raises funds for the Moriah Hughes Memorial Scholarship and HHS XC team.
You can participate in the in-person run which will start at 6:45pm at the Daly Mansion in Hamilton, MT or you can participate wherever you live, getting in those miles in the spirit of Moriah. There will also be onsite registration, so feel free to invite your friends even if they haven't signed up online. See the FAQ section on this event pay for additional information about race day.
In-person participants will receive their race swag (an item with a design honoring Moriah designed by one of Moriah's high school teammates, Megan Moody) at check-in on the day of the run. Virtual participants who opt in to race swag will have their items mailed (may arrive after the official race date).
This run is the first of the three fall 5ks that make up the Bitterroot Trifecta challenge, sponsored by the Bitterroot Health Foundation. To be eligible for the drawing, you must participate in all three 5k events. You can pick up the stamp card at the registration table at this event.
