The Festival of Lights has a rich history in Belgrade that we cherish. Since its founding in 1996 by the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce, the event has blossomed, under the leadership of the Belgrade Community Coalition. Together, with our partners and sponsors, we proudly continue the tradition of celebrating our unique holiday spirit through a variety of engaging events and programs.
