Please join us for the 4th Annual Spring Into Wellness Festival sponsored by the UMMC Center for Integrative Health!

The Spring into Wellness Festival is an annual 5K race, family fun run, farmer's market and community health fair. The goal of the event is to provide a unique opportunity for people of all ages and all levels of fitness to enjoy participating in an event that nurtures their mind, body and spirit and create a healthier Mississippi!
