In partnership with the Judge George W. Armstrong Public Library. Join us on Tuesdays starting at 10:30am, in the Pumpkin Patch, at the corner of Main and South Pearl Street.
Weekend Festivals
Face painting, pumpkin painting, Halloween selfie stations, sidewalk chalk, contests, spooky music, ghost tours, pet parades, and more.
A haunted scavenger hunt through Downtown will lead you to some frightfully hot Halloween deals at participating Downtown stores.
