Points event David Rafferty Memorial Mod Lite Special Richmond Gear Night.

All cars must run track approved functional mufflers. The High-Flying class of the night will be Mod Lites. This is Valley Speedway memorial race to honor David Rafferty. Valley Speedway Classes challenge the high banks of Valley to get their track points.
