Schlafly Stout and Oyster Festival

For the last 25 years, beer, bands, shuckers, and over 50,000 oysters have converged on St. Louis for the Schlafly Stout & Oyster festival. There is no handy metaphor for the atmosphere created by 20 professional shuckers with live music as their backdrop and a selection of stouts on tap.
It is the largest festival of its kind in the Midwest (and the 2nd largest in the country after Boston), and we are proud to bring it to Bottleworks in Maplewood. View the video below! It captures the essence of our premier celebration of stouts.
