Independence Day Celebration

Happy Independence Day, Eureka! Join the Eureka Parks and Recreation Department in celebrating our country’s 247th birthday. Enjoy a show by local band, The Tailgators, grab a snack from local food trucks and watch a sparkling fireworks display at 9:15 p.m.! Parking for this event is available at Geggie Elementary. Plan on joining us for this fun and convenient way to celebrate America’s birthday in your hometown!

Schedule:

Musical performance by The Tailgators
6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Fireworks at 9:15 p.m.launched from Drewel Park. The show is a pyro-musical, set to music that will be playing from the stage.

Coolers are welcome, but please leave all glass bottles at home.

Bring picnic blankets or chairs and enjoy some family time at the park

Parking is available along Central Avenue, the River Methodist Church and Geggie Elementary.
