Our 15th annual winter market, a St. Paul Grand Meander Event. The Summit Avenue Artisan Festival is an annual winter market, a St. Paul Grand Meander event. It draws in hundreds of people, looking to experience holiday festivities as well as purchase gifts. We will deck the halls with local artisans, carolers, good cheer and joy!
