Run for Refugees 5K

MORE’s Run for Refugees 5K is a family-friendly event that takes place at Phalen Lake Park in St. Paul, MN. Whether you want to seriously compete (prizes are awarded to the first three finishers and first youth finisher), just walk and enjoy the beautiful weather, or somewhere in-between - this is the event for you!

The 13th annual event is Saturday, June 8th, 2024. Race starts at 9:30 a.m.

This family-friendly event costs $35 plus processing fees through April 30th. Starting May 1st, the cost will be $40 plus processing fees (kids under 18 are free!). Price increases to $45 for same day registration on race day.

Registration includes our always loved Run for Refugees T-shirt. Please Note: we will only be able to guarantee a t-shirt for registrations prior to May 30th, 2024.

Go the Extra Mile for Refugees: Create an individual fundraiser to support MORE's services to help refugees and immigrants with learning English, workforce readiness, digital literacy, case management services, and weekly free food and clothing distributions.
