Music In The Square - PK Mayo

Each Year the Crosslake Ideal Lions Club organizes a music series in Crosslake, MN called Music In the Square. Formerly referred to as Music In The Park, the name of the event has been recently updated to more accurately reflect the current location in Town Square.

Presented by the Crosslake Ideal Lions club, this event is one of the ways of giving back to our community as well as simply bringing people together during the summer months. After all, we know how short our summers can be!

PK MAYO:

Born in the Minnesota mining town of Eveleth, Mayo got on the guitar train early and stayed there, focusing on blues and the bedrock foundation, while putting his own muscular spin on; with a place at the Minnesota Blues Hall of Fame, he is a noted guitarist, both on acoustic and electric slide.
