Higher Ground Memorial Day 5K
Join us for a 5K Fun Run/Walk benefiting the WeDefy Foundation.
The run/walk will kick off at West Park in White Bear Lake at 9am. The route will be along White Bear Lake. All proceeds will be donated to the WeDefy Foundation.
WeDefy provides combat veterans coping with military connected disabilities a long term means to overcome their challenges through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and fitness training.

Registration is $50 per runner for ages 16+ and $25 per runner for ages 6-15. Kids under 6 are free. If you are interested in making an extra donation on top of the registration fee, please add "donation" to your cart and choose your donation amount. All proceeds will be donated to the WeDefy Foundation.
