Community Partners in Parkinson's Care Resource Fair

Are you caring for a loved one with Parkinson's disease? Join us on Thursday, at the New Brighton Community Center to learn and connect with home care and senior living facilities trained through the Community Partners in Parkinson's Care program. Struthers Parkinson's Center Medical Director Dr. Martha Nance will give a presentation on the Continuum of Care for People living with Parkinson's. There is no charge to attend, but registration is required.
