Art in Bloom Festival

Join Friends of the Institute in the museum as celebrate the 40th anniversary of Art in Bloom April 25-28! Here are a few highlights:

- 160 beautiful fresh floral displays interpreting Mia’s curator-chosen works of art from Mia’s collection. Check here during Art in Bloom as our floral

artists, each paired with a work of art in the galleries, share what inspired their creative design.

- 20 commercial floral displays each interpreting Art in Bloom’s 2024 Signature Artwork, it’s a Delicate Balance, shown above, which is on view in Gallery

301. Come back here during Art in Bloom as our Commercial Floral Artists share what has inspired their creative floral designs.

- Free daily guided tours specifically curated with a floral eye and extensive knowledge of each work of art.

Party in Bloom

Party in Bloom, a magical evening in the museum with food, drinks, flowers and art, will take place from 6:30 to 11:30 PM. Invite your friends and join us for a rare after-hours experience at Mia. Tickets are on sale ($300 each).

Art in Bloom is presented by the Friends of the Institute. The Friends provides its members with unique opportunities to learn, volunteer, and enrich the entire community with the gift of art. Participate at any level, have fun, and make friends along the way.

Guided Tours for Art in Bloom 2024

Free guided tours will be offered daily specifically curated with a floral eye and extensive knowledge of each work of art. All public guided tours begin in the second-floor rotunda of the McKim building.
