Second Annual APTA MN Move & Groove Physical Therapy 5K!

Welcome to the second annual APTA MN Move & Groove Physical Therapy 5k! Join us September 15th for a 5K Fun Run at Elm Creek Park Reserve in Maple Grove, MN. There will be themed music water stops along the route and music at the Start / Finish line. Start the morning with an APTA MN Physical Therapist led warm-up and enjoy a fantastic course.

Registration Pricing

APTA MN Conference Weekend Early-Bird Rate = $35 ($20 for students)

(April 15th & 16th)

Standard registration = $50

(April 17th - Sept. 14th)

Race day registration = $60

(Sept. 15th)

Student registration = $25

You must be signed into your APTA MN profile to receive the student pricing. 

(April 17th - Sept. 15th) 

Register by August 30th to be guaranteed a participant t-shirt on race day!

Race Day Schedule

8:00am - Check-in / Day of Registration / Packet Pick-up

Check-in at the registration table located at the Acorn Picnic Shelter to pick-up your race bib and participant t-shirt.

8:30am - APTA MN Hosted Warm-Up

Join APTA MN Physical Therapist in a 15 minute warm-up before the race!

8:50am - Runners / Walkers Line-Up

Find a spot at the start line - walkers and participants with strollers, please start towards the back of the group

8:55am - Welcome and Announcements

Brief announcements and reminders before the race.

9:00am - Race Starts!

Enjoy the out-and-back course! We will see you back at the finish line where snacks and water will be available. Visit our sponsor tables and enjoy some finish line music as we wait for everyone to finish.
