Yogi Bears

Classes include age-appropriate yoga and movement - including: breathing, poses, music, relaxation, and more. Your little yogi will get to practice fine and gross motor skills, social and group skills, and begin to learn calming tools and mindfulness.

Registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are also welcomed!

Allowed Ages: 5 to 7
