Yoga at Hoyt Library
This 60-minute beginner-friendly class is a "slow" to "no-flow" class that includes seated and standing postures. Please bring a mat. If you use blankets, blocks, or any other props for your yoga practice, feel free to bring them.
Dress in layers to accommodate room temperature.
Registration opens week before each class.
